Burnt Cape Café offers traditional Newfoundland fare, newly interpreted. This fully licensed restaurant has a varied menu specializing in local seafood, wild game and homemade desserts. With fresh, local ingredients, feast on some of the most unique recipes on earth. Recipes you've never heard of with names you'll never forget: jigg's dinner, cod tongues, doughboys and salt fish & brewis to name a few.

Annual Lobster Excursion - June & July

Offered every June and July. Check it out! First, head down to the local dock here in Raleigh to choose your own fresh lobster caught from our oceans. Ted Hedderson, Café Owner and Chef will show you how to prepare your lobster. Or you may choose to relax in our cozy café as your lobster dinner is prepared for you. Call for prices (includes dinner and photos taken of your experience).
